Our Story
AM Electrical & Training Services Limited (AMETS) was founded by Andrew Morgan MIET, drawing on more than 20 years’ experience working across the electrotechnical industry and over a decade in electrical education, assessment and quality assurance.
Andrew has spent his career operating at every level of the profession, as a practising electrician, inspector, compliance manager and later as a lecturer, assessor and internal quality assurer. Through this journey, he saw first‑hand the gap that can exist between electrical work delivered on site and the standards of competence, documentation and understanding expected by regulators, clients and awarding bodies.
AMETS was established to close that gap, bringing together practical electrical delivery with a strong, evidence‑based approach to competence, safety and continual professional development.
